Steilacoom Community Center: ~ 8:00 am - 12:00 am
Auditorium, Commercial Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, Stage
Auditorium Capacity: 300 persons
The auditorium may be divided into thirds, each holding up to 100 guests.
Facility rental: $125/hr ~ Security deposit: $250 ~ Cleaning fee: $125 (floors and bathrooms)

Pioneer Park: ~ 8:00 am - 9:00 pm (times my vary)
Bandstand
Capacity: 300 persons
Facility rental: Security deposit: $250 ~ Bandstand rental: $350 (3 hours)
Commercial + Wilkes

Saltars Point Beach: ~ 8:00 am - 12:00 am (park closes at 10:00 pm)
Covered Picnic Area
Reservations are for cookshack area only.
Tables, barbecues and other ammenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Facility rental: $5/hr (resident), $20/hr (non-resident) ~ $150/day for 100 guests ~ $300/day for 200 guests
  • This park is not ADA accessible.
  • Parking is limited, regulations are enforced.
  • Use caution when near the railroad tracks.
    1st St + Champion

    Sunnyside Beach: ~ 8:00am - 9:00pm (park closes at 10:00 pm)
    Covered Picnic Area
    Reservations are for cookshack area only.
    Tables, barbecues, and other ammenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Facility rental: $5/hr (resident), $20/hr (non-resident) ~ $150/day for 100 guests ~ $300/day for 200 guests (may require special event permit)
  • Use caution when near the railroad tracks.
  • No vehicles are allowed across the RR tracks.
  • $5/vehicle parking fee for non-residents.
    Chambers Creek Rd.

    Town Hall: ~ 8:00 am - 10:00 am (music must cease by 9:00 pm)
    Auditorium, Conference Room, Kitchen
    Capacity: 150 persons
    Facility rental: $100/hr ~ Security deposit: $250 ~ Cleaning fee: $90 (floors and bathrooms)
